This is the response i receive when submitting a mail form.
Does this mean the the server is blocking the mail from going through?? How do I fix this?

It looks like you need to authenticate to the SMTP server to send the email.

This is just a simple mail form that users fill out and the info is sent to my email. so is this something i need to take up with my site's server? is there a setting they need to change of something i can do?

Maybe. Depends what SMTP server it's going to. You may need to create code to do the authentication.
