I do not know very much about php, so hopefully I will be able to state this so that it makes sense.
Where I work any web-site changes need to go through our webmaster (and everything is done using php on our site). I asked for some changes to be made and was informed that my page had been updated, when I lookoed at my broser (IE) my page still appeared without the updates. When I asked our webmaster they said that I needed to clear my history and then I would see the changes...but for most of the folks who visit my page they would have no idea about a history...is there a way in PHP to globally code something so that the history is automatically updated - (I really don't know what I am talking about here) or is there something else that could be done so that it would not be necessary to update one's history in order to see web page updates?
Any help would be greatly appreciated and I hope that I have been able to articulate this issue clearly enough.
