Problem with I-RATER

After i have installed I-RATER i get this message when trying to view main page.

Warning: main() [function.main]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/supersetup.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/web/xxxxxx:/var/tmp:/usr/local/lib/php) in /usr/home/web/xxxxxx/admin/config.php on line 3

Warning: main(supersetup.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /usr/home/web/xxxxxx/admin/config.php on line 3

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'supersetup.php' (include_path='.:') in /usr/home/web/xxxxxx/admin/config.php on line 3

Can someone please tell whats wrong, ive triple checked that my base dir is correct. Please gimme a solution!

I am no expert on the matter but I would guess that you need to alter the

open_basedir =

setting in you php.ini file.

It is probably set to a level that is beyond (after) the directory in which you need to start from.
