Saving form data to database question.

I have a form that needs to send data to 2 files on a database. Is it possible to configure the form to send a portion of it's data to one file while also sending that portion + the rest of the data to another file?
The code I'm using is attached.

Hi phpete2,

Some questions.

What do you actually want to happen when the data is sent to the two 'files'?
What kind of 'files' are they?
What do you want the user to see in response to the form?

I want a section of the form data to be sent to the db as a csv file as well as all of the form data in it's entirety sent to another folder on the db as a csv file.
I'd like to have the user receive an autoresponse email saying thanks for your request, we'll get to your order promptly, etc... and have them redirected to a simple thank you page. As well as an email sent to me or the owner showing the data the user filled in.
