Actually, it's easy to figure out the number of steps and time required required for this type of transaction. We are bringing a web setup in-house. The former host wants too much money for his services.

2. Locate local technical resources to maintain their site
3. Gather the equipment and people
4. Implement the project
The more I'm getting into this thing, the more I'm realizing that the software part is relatively small. The real work to be done is to set up an organization and support team.
