Funny most websites seem to offer ASP to PHP converters 
You will find that these converters do not work very well why not try converting it yourself or paying someone to do it for you. Of course there are no job postings here.
How about this migration assistant? Can you migrate to just ASP as oppose to ASP.NET?

Did you happen to read my post most conversion programs will not work correctly. Your better off just converting it yourself.
