emailing a database

Ok, I'm REALLY green when it comes to PHP so I hope I'm not asking a stupid question. I have been reading some tutorials and I acutally am able to insert data into a table in a database, as well as display that info on a webpage. So now I want to make a back end to my bands website, that alows me to send an email to everyone in the "email" table. The email is submitted via a form on the first page, and then stored in the table. I was hoping to make a form to compose the email on, and then have it automatically send the email to every name in the database. Is this to complicated to answer here? Thanks for any ideas anyone can shed some light on.

Here's a clearer example of what I'm looking to do.

Load html page A, that contains a "Subject" text box and a "message" text box. Apon typing in a subject and a message, and clicking submit, The form is submitted to "mail.php" that connects to the data base, collects the emails from the database, and then mails the previously typed message to every email. I hope this is clearer.

I've looked around but haven't found anything that does what I want ( I know I have been looking in the wrong places.) Thanks for the reply, if possible could you point me to a site that has what I'm looking for? thanks again.
