Renaming a file

Is it possible to look for any file where the filename begins with "Tracking" and rename it to tracking.csv? My problem is that I have a user who uploads files that contain the date in the filename, but my script is looking for tracking.csv...thanks a lot for your help!

I tried:

rename("/home/jimday/public_html/dynadirect/tracking/Tracking*", "/home/jimday/public_html/dynadirect/tracking/tracking.csv");

but no luck...I think I just need help with the wildcard character...
