Any suggestions on clean commenting?

Hello,

I just started to learn php and was experimenting with different ways of commenting and using spaces. I know the commenting tags but need help with a clean crisp look using the comments tags.

Any suggestions on making you comments clean and easy to read?

I have tried serveral different looks but they all seem to have a clutter apperance.

So any advance users have any suggestions on a nice easy to read comment look?
