hey, i saw at the Code Library>Netwroking a whois script with many TLD extensions

I'm not so good in PHP, but i downlaoded teh file an drun it to my site but nothing i saw, i did also a form in HTML that wil lb eusing the .php script but still nothing in the page!
could you help me run the script:
