Google and Php

I'm looking at creating a site soley out of PHP. How well does google submit PHP pages into its database and does anyone know if I have to make special changes to the url or code?

Google indexes PHP pages just fine.

However, if you have urls like:

page.php?Name=Hello&title=World
AND if you have access to Apache, it's best to make the URL's search engine friendly.
