'Undefined variable' error

Hi,

I'm getting the following error using a script that's worked perfectly on other servers:

Notice: Undefined variable: submit in c:...sitepath...\admin\index.php on line 26

My first thought was to check register_globals, but it's already set to on. Any other ideas?
