Php code builder

G'day,
I m new to php scripting and was wondering is there a code builder software like dreamweaver for php. I m looking to use the database too. Whats the best tool and easy to use with full Graphical interface..as i m not keen to do coding..

PHP is a programming language. It not designed for making things in a graphical manner. Basically.. there are no shortcuts.
