Submitted variable coruption

Just recently i have had a client say that some form data isbeing emailed to him with corupted values. These forms have been workign fine for about 1 yr. Now he is getting data like this
Club Name
93300330 001002373000
30000030000170413400
00242001076000355000

All those numbers should be the name of the club. I have tested these forms and i cant replicate it. Since 23 Nov 3rd 4 of 38 Schedules and 3 of 11 Licence applications
have been affected by this bug.

Any help / suggestions would be greatl apreciated.

One can only assume what it is maybe showing some code. It could be litterally anything from changed PHP version (probably not). Is it still happening? If so you can probably detect it before Emailing it.

those numbers are complete garbage. Not code that is for sure. SOme peple have suggested that it could be a memory adressing problem... ie the servers ram is getting stuffed.

Well I was guessing it was variable Memory Addressing however theres normally some reason that happens just because it works once code doesnt necessarily work the same again especially if there was a PHP Upgrade, bad coding. However no one can assume. However if RAM is such trouble you must have a very high server load Id suggest moving servers.
