Bachelor Degree: Computer Science?

What exactly is a bachelor's Degree in computer science?

Just 60 credits in computer course's?
Or are there required computer course's?

You'll have to check with the school you're interested in. One college might require 60 credits of prescribed courses, while the college over in the next town might require that you be able to spell "computer".

In the UK you'd have to spend 3 years of your life learning about software methodology, algorithm design, coding, and loads of other stuff at university to get a BSc in Computer Science.

'Computer Science' as opposed to 'Computer Technology' is a branch of mathematics, and a very tough degree to do. They're the sort of people who design search algorithms, optimise database engines and operating systems, etc. Not a lot to do with production programming, which is computer technology.

Yet other Universities may also require that a certain number of papers be taken (and passed!) in other subjects (mathematics papers are often prerequisites; some may require arts papers to be included in the syllabus). As Installer said, it depends on where you're going to be studying. Get a hold of their almanac, which should define all of the papers and degrees on offer, and all of the associated requirements.
