Importing MySQL backup???!!!

Hello!

I just made a backup of my MySQL DB from my website and installed MySQL on my computer so that I can run tests on my comp. instead of the server (in using Windows).

Problem is that the backup is over 20MB in size. I tried adding the file by using phpMyAdmin but phpMyAdmin will freez every time I try to add the file...

Can I somehow add it through the MySQL "Monitor" or is there another solution??

phpMyAdmin is "freezing" probably because of various PHP settings in your php.ini. specifically:
max_execution_time
max_input_time
post_max_size
upload_max_filesize
mysql.connect_timeout

also check the $cfg['ExecTimeLimit'] setting in phpMyadmin's config.inc.php file
