integrating with windows

Hi, I have some programs in VB that store info in excel files. this really sucks and I'm trying to get it into PHP/MySQL.

My system integrates with the windows folder system and allows someone to move folders around on hte network. Thing is...it only works a network. I want it to be web-based.

So, I'm wondering how php/MySQL integrate with a windows environment and if there are any resources out there that would help me work toward this.

Setup your AccessDB in your
Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC) > System DSN Tab

This will setup your database to be global so you can host the database for a browser based operation.

I think Frederick missed your question. What you need are the php file system functions . Have a look through the user notes at the bottom for usefull scripts and functions.
