Cannot connect to MySQL

I use Apache 1.3.xx MySQL 4.xx. I am trying to connect to the db using dreamweaver but i get an error message.What should i do???😕

Try a search on these forums (top right of your screen) using 'dreamweaver and mysql and connect' . You'll find you are not the first person to come here with this problem.
