passing variable from php to flash

Happy new year!

I am new in php...

I have problem with passing variable from php to flash.
I am doing a simple game using flash and php.
The game allow user to key in some numbers, these numbers will be stored into mysql databse, and then displayed using flash.

I not sure how to pass the numbers from php to flash and

retrieve the numbers from databse and display them using flash..

Can anyone teach me?

Wich version fo flash are we talking about. Because there is a big difference between 5 and MX.

Anyway look for the LoadVars function in flash.
And just use google to find examples.
