Viewing PHP in IE

Ok this may be a really stupid question....

Hi I know that php pages are processed on the server and sent to the client to view but I was wondering if there is anyway that I can view php from a website that I have seen?

eg. I go to www.asite.com/hello.php
and I want to View source but it has already been converted and all i can see is plain HTML. Is there a way i can click view source or a program or browser i can use that will show me the pages PHP?

PHP is server-side programming and none of it is sent to ther client, only the html stream it outputs is sent. Hopefully, the website is set up properly and the original scripts are secured from view by outside users. No you can't copy someone elses php scripts that easily.

I dont want to copy anyones code. I just want to see how it was done so i can learn more about php.

I know. I did not think you were going to just copy-paste the code. But the algorithms a programmer devises to do a job are the intellectual property that we really want to protect - they are our stock in trade. The code is only an expression of that. If someone wants to share their solutions, out of which they make their living I might add, then they will do so in 1 of the forums. Try emailing the webmaster and asking directly if it is something really impressive that you want to figure out how they've done it.
