update the name of a table

hi.

I have no idea how to do one of the most basic things, and im not even a php beginner, YIKESS!!!!

OK, so I want to simply change the name of a table in mysql database. Normally I would go into myphpadmin... but this isnt possible, I have to do it via a script etc etc.

so for example if I wanted table 'ONE' to be changed named to table 'TWO' what would the script be.

Well, first thing you should do, is to go to for example www.mysql.com and get soma basic things about sql databases.

RENAME TABLE tbl_name TO new_tbl_name;
