Content from MySql going to HTML

Hi, I'm trying to make an election results website and trying to automate the process. What I want to do is this:

Take the data:

Anytown
Canidate 1 > 2,943 (votes)
Canidate 2 > 1,390 (votes)

and have it print to a table like this:

|Anytown| 2,943 | 1,390 |

a simple example (just guessing on your exact datastructure):

Thanks, that's exactly what i am looking for. I don't have a database structure set up, could you suggest one?
