Script to: Upload Zip > Extract CSV > Import to MySQL?

Does anyone know of any PHP script that can enable me to allow the user to select a zipped file and the script will automatically upload it to my server, extract the csv within and then import it to a MySQL database?

Please, I don't mean to be rude but I don't expect to post a support question on a PHP forum and see a reply telling me to Google for it. Do you not think I have done that already? Do you not think I know of HotScripts and all the other hundereds of sites available?

My intention was to post on a PHP/MySQL specific forum in the hope that maybe someone has come across a similar pre-written script or that maybe someone has a similar script they wish to share.
