Iframe And Php !!! Help !

Here's what i'm trying to do ...

In my page i've got a iframe ...

<iframe src="<?php include($newrep); ?>" width="765" height="100%" align="center" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" frameborder="0"></iframe>

But I only get a page not found ! what the hell !

the pages that are suppose to appear are those :

if ($link == page1){
$newrep="http://www.royallepage.ca/french/properties/asp/listing.asp?id=1259508";
}
elseif($link == page25){
$newrep="http://www.royallepage.ca/french/properties/asp/listing.asp?id=1195260";

Can anyone help on this one ?

If you wanna this script to work that the way to do it !

just replace the top of the code with this :

if ($link == page1){
$newrep="<iframe src='http://www.royallepage.ca/french/properties/asp/listing.asp?id=1259508' width='765' height='100%' align='center' marginwidth='0' marginheight='0' hspace='0' vspace='0' frameborder='0'></iframe>";
}

and below all of this

<?php echo $newrep; ?>

that's it !
