Hello there,

Ive got a problem with a DB/Table i have, as i want to alter a specific cell of data, but im not 100% sure how to guide it to the cell i want.. heres an example..

[] = Headings
{} = Values

[Name] [Age] [Sex]
{Jim} {18} {M}
{Jane} {16} {F}

ok then... now im pretty much wanting to alter the Column "AGE" with the name "Jim" so as you can see its 18 atm... so how would i go about specifically altering Jims age opposed to everyones age...

"INSERT INTO People (Age) VALUES (19)"

so how do i tell it to run that on only jim?
