sql table types

i am doing a project in which user has to enter his/her profile as a trainer so that others can view it , my question is which table type i.e. MyISAM or InnoDB should i use, my table structure consist of lot of relationships...there will be lots of addition, deletion of records

kindly help me to choose between the two.

If you're going to have foreign keys and want cascading deletes, then innodb would be a good choice. Also, if you need transactional reliability and rollbackability on changes to multiple tables.

That's assuming on delete cascade is supported by innodb / mysql. I think it is.
