Hi! I'm new to php. I'm inserting a record in a mysql table from a php script. One of the fields is a windows directory path. The insert query returns no errors but the directory field is inserted without the back slashes.
What's happening 😕
They were treated as the escape character and stripped out. You need to double them up to retain them, \ becomes \.
