How to make a downloadable contains

Hi..

i am having a website compeletly writen in PHP. But i am facing a problem that I doesn't have a ftp access for download contents and when ever i give a http link for download it doesn't work

i give a link http://vikasumit.mybesthost.com/xyz.zip it is a file in my main folder but it always give error ...on this link what are the possible problems. file exist in at this path

Ok you need to be a bit more descriptive. What are the errors? What code are you using?

Hi..

I am using simple echo 'a' tag link
echo "<a href="http://mysite/file.zip">download </a>

it always give display things but when download start it say server busy...

Not specific php error maybe some server error...
