i understand that this is probably not the best place for my question but still i think that someone here might know the answer.
I have a php file in which i have :
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251">
to display Cyrrilic characters as i understand this line in the head of my file should set the encoding to Cyrrilic (Windows) in Internet Explorer : View >> Encoding, but it doesn't i think that problem is that i need to change something, somewhere in server settings or PHP settings. Anyone knows what is the problem?
