hello, greetings to all. I'm try'n to connect my Interbase ver. 6.5 to PHP 4.1 both resides on Red Hat 7.3.
I try'd to recompile or rebuild PHP with interbase support but failed. Please Help. Thank You.
I try'd the following statements:
./configure --with-interbase=/opt/interbase-shared
where /opt/interbase is the main folder for Interbase 6.5 on the Red Hat 7.3 unit. this option will give me NO Error, i can then run the make and make install statements but after so it does not generate the php_interbase.so or interbase.so file which i need to copy to /usr/lib/php4 folder.
I also try'd to other option:
./configure --with-interbase=/opt/interbase-shared --with-apsx
However; this statement will give me an ERROR when i run the make statement after so. Please advise Thank You.....
