passing variables question

Hi,

Is it possible to pass a variable using a hyperlink to another php page

i.e.

<a href=\"http://localhost/ResolveLogCall.php/CallNo=$CallNo\">$CallNo

or is it possible/neccessary to read it from the URL.

What i have is a list of calls, with the CallNo being hyperlinked to another php page which will display all the details for the selected CallNo.

Any thoughts

Yep. Just get the syntax right

echo '<a href="ResolveLogCall.php?CallNo="' .$CallNO. '">'. $CallNo;

The html syntax is ? after the url to pass parameters in the url. These are then available to the target script in the superglobal array $_GET
