'selected' unselected button?

Hey, I'm trying to make this mail form. And it sounded simple when i thought of it but now im having trouble.

What i have is a list of 4 people, well say:
Andrew
Alec
Sam
Joe

Each name has a checkbox off to the right side of it. And what i want is if i check Andrew and Alec, then when i click the submit button, i get an email with Sam and Joe's names in it. In short, i want the names that are NOT checked to be emailed to whoever.

I have it set up, but right now i can only get it to email the checked names, which is exactly the opposite of what i want. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

assuming you only have 4 names, this would prob be the easiest way. but if the list of names is going to grow, repeating this code could get tedious, and you would be better served using arrays
