preg_replace help

I have a query that is hanging up on a textarea ina form that has commas in posted info. When I remove the commas it submits to the db fine, when the commas are there is doesn't. How can I use preg_replace or something else to make this work.

post your code and an example of the hangup text. I would guess your problem is quotes, not commas, by the way.

As nemonoman guessed, your real problem is "Captain's Chairs" and not the commas. Check out mysql_real_escape_string.
