OK I am posting here as I am stumped. I am using Snoopy to grab remote pages. I am trying to login to the site, and grab pages. However for some reason it keeps telling me I am not logged in. I first hit the page, grab the headers and set the session variables and the other variables the web based form is asking for and submitting as a post. And I am still not able to get logged in.
I guess my biggest question is, if I have to login first then go to other pages, do I need to hit the page first, get a session, go back to the login page, login, grab the headers and then post those when I go to the next page as well or does snoopy handle all of this? I guess the biggest problem is maintaining state across the entire thing, keeping the session cookie going from page to page.
Any ideas and help would be appreciated. In this instance I put a sniffer on my pc to see what the headers are, and I think I am copying them and sending them exactly but I think I am missing something so I am looking for guidance 🙂
