show INT 0 value

Hi,

I guess someone must have posted a similar thread, but since I cannot find it, I post this anyway.

I select a value from an INT(10) column from a mySql database.

When I try to show the value I does not show anything. I guess it handles the 0 af the boolean false value

I guess I have to typecast my value ,but I do not get the syntax correct

Post some code so we can see exactly how it is you are trying to show this value. We could offer ton's of "theoretical" help, but it will make it easier and quicker for us all if we can narrow it down to the exact help you need by seeing your code. (Along with exactly what you expect, and exactly what you are getting.)

OK, here we go:

I submit an SQL statement: SELECT price FROM itmItems WHERE ID = 1234;

then

<?php
echo "Price = ". $row["price"]
?>

If the price = 0, then I get on my screen

Price =

If the price = 1, then I get

Price = 1

You probably need to show all the code between defining your select statement and echoing your results for anyone to be able to help you....
