Folder permission

Hi, I am working on a project for a printing company which need customer to upload their files for to their webserver for print. To identify each order easily, I try to create a different files folder for different order id being the name of the folder to be the same with the order id and all files from this order will be uploaded to here. I manage to create the folder but the problem is i can't move the tmp files to the folder created due to some permission problem. Is there anyway I can overcome this?

If it is write permissions then use chmod on a unix box to change them. CHMOD is a unix utility, not php function.

If you are on NT/IIS box then you will need to set the IIS web site access permissions and the NTFS file system security permissions to allow write to the anonymous web user IURS_
