Modal Window over a modal window

can anyone help on this

I want to display a modal window over an another modal window.....is there any possibility of doing it......bcoz i am sending messages through sockets and for each message i need to display a window that needs to be a modal window.......

I don't see anything that has to do with PHP. Modal popups are (a) a client-side thing, and (b) IE-specific, so perhaps you'll find some information on how to handle them on MSDN. (Besides, good UI design would suggest that you shouldn't use modal dialogues at all unless you really really have to.)

Modal is MODAL. Once you have one open you can't open another.
