Loading data to mysql database

In the past I have used ...

$result = mysql_query("LOAD DATA INFILE '$myPath' INTO TABLE $myTable");

The new hosting company won't allow this for security reasons. Is there another way to parse through and add a tab,comma, or pipe (any one of these) delimted file. Any help with this would be great. Thanks for your time.
