Displaying website text into textfield from DB to edit and re-save HELP!!!

Guys.

I have all my code set-up to log into my DB, with user pass authentication.
Then I want a textfield area to display a certain webpages text inside this textbox so a person can edit/remove or add to the text and then hit a submit button that will save the changes of the text entered to the current table on the DB.

Is this possible? I need some help badly!!!!
