removing a border from an image link _ NEWBIE

Newbie in need of help.

Guys im looking at this from all angles: As the page looks at the moment:

The line of code as it stands:

It has to be something simple to make the border disapear, simple HTML is border="0".

How do i remove that horrible blue line?
