[Resolved] Hiding property

Hi,

hopefully someone can help me on this problem.

In my website, it shows lots of pictures, is there any way to hide the URL of the picture when viewer checks the property?

The reason why I want to do this is because....

example: the link of the showing pix is
url: www.zzz.com/photos/2005/album1/pix1.jpg ( this is not a real link)

if someone go to www.zzz.com/photos/2005/album1/
(just take out the picture name)
the browser will show the list of pictures in that folder.

Is there any way not to show it?

put this in a .htaccess file in the directory you want to prevent it from happening.

IndexIgnore *

Additionally, you should drop an index.htm file in that directory, so when browsers try to go to the root of that directory, they get your index page instead of a directory listing. On it put something like "You can't browse here. Click here to go to our home page" or whatever. It can even be blank if you so desire, but always best to give users the ability to browse somewhere.
