Configuring PHP to Send Forms

I run my own webserver at home.
I installed apache and php, everything works great.

Forms will submit without errors, but wont send.
The particular form, does work on my Host.

I guess i gotta configure something in php.ini and have it use "sendmail" ... Thats all i could find out searching forums.

Could someone guide me through it?

You have to run an email server also to be able to send email from your system.

look in the php.ini file

youll prob see something like this

[mail function]
; For Win32 only.
SMTP = localhost

instead of localhost, use your isp's smtp address
for example

SMTP = smtp.your_isp.com

then restart your webserver(or reboot the comp)
