Need Script to...

I need a script thats compatible with php 5 that i can edit files like my Navigation .tpl file on my site which i want to be able to: Add links, Edit links, Remove Links, Bold Links, Put Strike thrus in them etc....

I dont like having to keep editing my nav.tpl file to add or change my navigation options which my current code in it is something like:

<p><strong>. : MAIN : .</strong><BR>
<a href="">Home</a><BR>
<a href="./forums">Forums</a><BR>
<a href=""><strike>Blog</strike></a><br>
<a href=""><strike>Site News</strike></a><br>

And if its possible can it intergrate into my CuteNews script so i only have to login once?

i doubt you will find a premade script for exactly this. but if cutenews has some forums or something like that, that would be the place to ask.

you could make your own though, or hire someone to do it for you.

the vast majority of code written for php4 is compatible w/ php5. if not, usally very few modifications need to be done.

Thats why i posted in this newbie section... But how can i make just like a basic script thats just edits the file with a normal text display? Is that possible?
