How do I run another php routing from within another?

hi...newbi here, so really appolgise for being THICK - laughs

This is my problem

I have a schule on my php server that runs every 24 hours, but it can only shedule 1 app to run.

what I would like to do is have it call say routines.php

and inside routines are the commands to run other php routines in the order they are listed.

I.e.

OptimiseDB.php
SendDigests.php

i've tried the include command to no avail.....please help

include should work just fine.

when you say "to no avail", what does this mean? did you get errors? yes? what were they?

im betting your problem is related to using incorrect file paths.

try making the includes absolute file paths instead of relative.

turns out its all a typographical error

using " instead of '

and yes...the path (now corrected to absolute)
working just as its supposed to now
