dynamic fields in a form... how do i do it??????

I have an order form.
If someone requests that an item is shipped to several addresses, they have to pay multiple shipping fees.

There is a box that asks how many "shippings". If they put 3, for instance, then there has to be three sets of fields for name, address, city, state & zip.

I can't figure out how to do it... any hints?

I suppose saying "use a loop" is too obvious.

Hmm... I think what you probably need to keep in mind is that fields can be named as arrays. For example you could have an input field like this.

<input type="text" name="myvar[2]">

and you would access it like this

echo $_POST['myvar'][2];
