publisher log-in - can a publisher be allowed to upload their own ads?

Hi -

I am trying to find a way to set-up PHPads so that a publisher can log-in to their site and be allowed not only to modify own zones and link existing banners to their defined zones, but also to be able to add new banners to their set-up.

There doesn't seem to be a way to do this though - any thoughts?
