formating php email in plain text

I have an php email in plain text. The problem is it is not formatted properly. Any chance i can use <tab> and it is spacing issue.

How do you view the message?
If you are viewing it in a browser, you should try a plain-text editor, notepad for example.

And if that doesnt work, please post your code here.

i am ot 10pc sure, buit I think the tab is added by inserting a \t in your code.
