I have the basic concept of Regular Expressions but I am still fairly confused on how to use them. Does anyone have any sources for documentation and/or tutorials on this subject.

regular expressions are actually easier than you think if you have the correct tools.
The most helpful tool i have ever come across is Regex Coach. Makes my life a hell of alot easier.
