I've not been around much lately for a variety of reasons.

Possibly one is that I'm not seeing any emails from the system. Not for quite a while. 🙁

I'm thinking maybe it's been ever since I started greylisting on my domain's primary MX. It might be that the MX for PHPBuilder doesn't bother to ring back...there are several out there that have this problem.

Can anyone look at the headers to one of the notification mails you get, and see if it's coming off of 63.236.73.209? I'd like to start hearing from the board again ...

The last one I got has a slightly different source IP (63.146.109.240), but the IP you posted is coming from a Jupitermedia IP block :

I might say I'm being thorough. It really depends a bit, of course. Nobody connects first time anymore: you've probably at least noticed the relaydelay article ....

One downside: the perl script doesn't understand CIDR notation, so those halfblocks will be a lil' problem unless I wanna hack perl or do something scriptwise to generate the whitelist entries. Anyway....
