Hello, im new here. I need help with building PHP templates urgently for an interactive tutorial system. I need for a progect. I am familiar with HTML and CSS, just wondering if i could use it??? Please help.

Just make a website that you think is a great design and can work for everything. Then just take the code and slice and dice the page to make it have a header and footer. Still lost? Then just find a template out on google and see how it is done. Lata
